Who is a candidate for this procedure?
Candidates for the procedure need to be reasonably healthy. Any area where the fat can be squeezed under the skin can be removed. Dr. Long medically evaluates all patients prior to procedures.
How many treatments will I need?
Typically in one treatment about one to two gallons of fat can be removed. Therefore the number of treatments depends on the size of the individual .
What are the benefits of Laser Lipo compared to traditional liposuction?
The greatest advantage to doing minimally invasive Laser Liposuction is that there are no ugly scars and means faster recovery.Your skin will feel and look tighter. It is also significantly safer and less expensive than traditional liposuction without the use of general anesthesia.
Why consider Laser Liposuction?
Laser Liposuction is minimally invasive. This means that fat is removed from the body without long ugly scars that results from i.e. the “tummy tuck”. Dr. Long specializes in advanced minimally invasive liposuction that returns the skin and body to a more natural appearance.

Laser Lipo delivers laser energy through a slender fiber directly to areas of body fat, liquefying the fat cells while contouring the overlying skin. The final result is the removal of targeted body fat and a firm, more attractive body contour.

What should I expect after treatment?
Results are typically visible within a week and will continue to improve over several months. Dr. Long requires that clients wear compression garments for a few weeks after.
How much does Laser Liposuction cost?
The cost is assigned by area. One area includes both sides of the body. Pictured below is two areas: the abdomen and the sides. Each area usually costs about $1700 depending the difficulty level and number of areas.
